Youth Link provides a printed copy of the Tenant information booklet to all young people who move into crisis accommodation placements, transitional accommodation, and Same House Different Landlord Leases to assist young people in understanding their accommodation and making the most out of their housing placements and support opportunities.

Tenant Rent

Youth Link implements the Community Housing Rent Policy in line with the funding body contractual requirements of the Department of Communities, Housing, and Digital Economy.
